CDP Technical Services runs preventative and corrective maintenance for the plant in one place — managers open work orders against an asset, the right checklist is pulled automatically, technicians complete it on the floor, and parts, hours and sign-off are tracked through to SAP.
New accounts require maintenance manager approval before access is granted.
PM checklists by asset & interval
Monthly, bi-weekly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual templates snapshot onto each work order, with pass/fail steps, multi-point readings, notes and photo evidence.
Corrective maintenance
Log faults against equipment with priority from low to emergency, assign technicians, and track each breakdown from reported through to completed.
Spare parts & goods issue
Search the parts registry by number or description, add what was used to a work order, and tick goods issued from the storeroom view.
Readings with limits
Technicians log measurements against acceptable ranges — out-of-range values flag as failures automatically.
Schedule compliance & SAMACO
Dashboards plot on-time completion against planned start and finish windows, plus completed SAMACO inspections per month.
Sign-off and records
Capture completing technicians and time to complete, download a full PDF of any checklist, and flag SAP attachment and manager review.
